Materials
Acetate
Acetate is a lightweight material characterized by its strength, beautiful hues and endless coloring possibilities. Cellulose acetate is a natural, plant-based and hypoallergenic plastic material made of organic materials such as cotton and paper pulp, making our acetate frames especially light, flexible and lasting. This material allows us to play with depth, glow, and transparency to give each individual frame a unique pattern and smooth expression.
Stainless Steel
Our metal frames made of fine stainless steel are characterized by its extreme lightness, outstanding flexibility and hypoallergenic qualities. Stainless steel has great advantages as a material for glasses. It provides a timeless and minimalistic aesthetic and can easily be shaped into ultra-sleek eyewear styles. Because of its durability, light weight, and refined appearance, stainless steel is one of our premium choices when designing eyewear.
Carbon Wood
For our Carbon Wood eyewear, we have combined original natural materials with modern technology. Using 23 ultra-thin layers of carbon fiber and 1 silky finish layer of wood, we have created frames that encompasses the individuality and uniqueness, which can only be found in natural materials.
Carbon offers many advantages. Carbon is extremely lightweight yet exceptionally strong. Each carbon layer is thinner than paper, light as a feather and stronger than steel. The characteristic woven surface of carbon fiber adds a cool and edgy visual detail to the frame.
Wood is a non-allergic, organic and lightweight material that features a delicate wooden texture for a natural appearance. We have also designed colored Carbon Wood frames in many beautiful colorways adding a silky and delicate finish to the frame.
